GRLでは2026年度オープンキャンパス企画では下記のイベントを開催します！

イベント：「結婚」ってなんだろう？～同性婚・パートナーシップと憲法について～
日 時：2026年8月7日（金） 15:00-17:00
場 所：名古屋大学 ジェンダー・リサーチ・ライブラリ 2F レクチャールーム
定 員：40名（申込不要・無料・どなたでも参加できます！）
内 容：近年、日本各地で同性カップルを対象とした自治体によるパートナーシップ制度が広がりつつあります。このイベントでは、名古屋大学法学研究科・大河内美紀 教授と、岐阜県で最初にパートナーシップ制度を申請した中村文亮さん・谷村祐樹さんをお招きし、「結婚」をめぐる制度が「なぜ議論になっているのか」「法律や憲法とどのように関わっているのか」について、公法・憲法学、当事者の経験や立場から考えていきます。

Details:
In recent years, partnership systems for same-sex couples have been spreading across various regions in Japan at the municipal level. In this event, Professor Miki Okouchi (Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University) and Fumiaki Nakamura and Yuki Tanimura—who were the first to apply for a partnership system in Gifu Prefecture—will be invited to discuss why institutions surrounding “marriage” have become a subject of debate, and how they relate to law and the Constitution. The discussion will draw on perspectives from public law, constitutional law, as well as the experiences and viewpoints of those directly involved.
