2018 Nagoya University Gender Research Library Grants for Gender Studies Workshops
- 1.The purpose
- Nagoya University Gender Research Library (GRL) provides partial financial support for expenses of holding gender studies workshops (except for eating and drinking) that potentially contribute to the spread and promotion of studies on domestic and international gender problems.
- 2.Target workshops
- Workshops regarding gender studies.
- 3.Grant size
- The maximum grant size is 200,000 Japanese yen per workshop.
- 4.Number of grant recipients
- Within three workshops a year.
- 5.Eligibility
- Those eligible are organizations and groups studying gender problems. However, the applicant (the person in charge of organizing the workshop) has to be a member of Nagoya University, such as a student, a researcher, a faculty member or a staffer of Nagoya University.

- 7.How to apply
- Please fill out the application form, and submit it to GRL Office through the department of the applicant (the person in charge of organizing the workshop.) If the applicant is a student, please submit it through the applicant’s supervisor’s department. E-mail submission is also possible.
- Application period: Monday, July 2 -Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

- 8.Decision
- The GRL steering subcommittee will review the applications and make a decision. All applicants will be notified of the result by Friday, August 31, 2018.
- 9.Submission of a report
- Recipient organizations and groups are required to submit a report on the workshop in the designated form to GRL as soon as the workshop ends.

- When making a handout etc., please indicate that the workshop is held with the support of GRL.
- Example: A part of the expenses of XX workshop is aided by Nagoya University GRL Grants for Gender Studies Workshops.
